THIS UEA GIRL CAN WEEK – MONDAY 20TH to SUNDAY 26TH NOVEMBER 2017

We are very excited to announce the ‘This UEA girl can’ week programme of events. This will be running in conjunction with ‘This BUCS girl can’ week where BUCS will be showcasing the week across the University sector, and Universities have been encouraged to organise a range of activity throughout the week of action for female students to take part in. Ultimately the week is all about encouraging and empowering women to be active in sport and physical activity during their time at university and beyond.

uea+sport and uea(su) are pleased to offer a full range of events throughout the week including the main event, the ‘This UEA Girl Can’ Open Evening taking place on Thursday 23rd November 17:30-21:00, with highlights such as Boxercise, Self-defence class (learn how to defend yourself against all manners of attacks… & when to run!) and UV ZUMBA! So ladies, don't miss out on this fantastic event which is FREE for UEA students & staff. There is no need to register for this event, just turn up! (Please note: some activities are limited to a first come, first served basis).
